Lisa Bargmann founded Bargmann Management, LLC in January 2003, as a Solutions Provider for the HME/DME and Infusion industries. Bargmann Management now operates two primary business segments offering a complete suite of cash flow improvement products and services to the homecare industry.
Lisa Bargmann is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bargmann Management, LLC and HCS. Lisa has been a specialist in Operations, Reimbursement, Compliance, and Software Processes for the HME and Infusion Industry for over 19 years. With a proven track record of success in reimbursement department recoveries, operational cost reductions, and data base management, Lisa is a highly sought after industry consultant and advisor. Lisa is an approved Van G. Miller Group (VGM) and Brightree national reimbursement consultant, as well as a speaker at numerous industry functions, including annual Spring and Fall Medtrade shows, VGM & Brightree sponsored events, as well as multiple state organizations.
Prior to forming Bargmann Management, Lisa was Vice President of Reimbursement for Health Care Solutions, one of the nations largest privately held HME/IV Companies, with annual revenues in excess of $80 million, before being acquired by Lincare in 2003. As Vice President of Reimbursement, Lisa was in charge of 150 Associates and Trainers over all branch locations. In addition to her role at Health Care Solutions, Lisa has served as the Director of Reimbursement for CornerStone Medical Services and Administrative Director for Penn Oxygen Service/American Homepatient.
Lisa holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management Administration from Robert Morris College of Pennsylvania.
Lisa currently serves as a Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Professional Consultant. This prestigious role allows her to assist the insurance company in determining proper coding, pricing, and if medical necessity is met. Reviews of policy and specific patient cases are also performed.
David Bargmann is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Dave has an extensive 18-year background in sales, marketing, customer service and operations. He has immersed himself in the health care industry and has been the driving force behind the successful strategy for HCS, offering clients significant returns by focusing exclusively on their valuable patient revenues.
Dave holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Cleveland State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. He is an active participant in American Collectors Association (ACA), the largest and most respected organization for the credit and collection industry.
Don Davis is Vice President and CFO. Don has over 25 years of executive level financial management experience, including Chief Financial Officer for Koppers Inc, a $1 billion international manufacturing organization and President of Duckridge Advisors, a boutique business advisory firm. Don also serves on the Board of Phase 4 Learning Centers, a startup alternative education school. Don holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mike Bargmann is Vice President of Sales. Mike has an extensive background in sales, marketing, customer service and operations for over 20 years. He has directed sales and business development programs in several countries. He has developed market segmentation, vertical markets and relationships with key partners worldwide. Mike holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Cleveland State University.
Katrina Boss is the Company's Human Resources Recruitment Specialist. Katrina brings a successful 10-year record in all phases of the recruitment process. Her most recent position as National Staffing Manager and previous experience as an Executive Recruiter have prepared her to assist Bargmann Management's sustained growth by recruiting and retaining top talent in the industry. Katrina is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Angie Mueller is one of the Company's Patient Billing Supervisors. Angie brings significant HME/DME Reimbursement and Retail experience with a specialization in insurance billing and patient receivables. Angie is responsible for development and oversight of the Billing/Pre-Collection Associates and Processes. Angie holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Kent State University.
Michelle Woods is one of the Company’s Patient Billing Supervisors. Michelle brings significant collection experience to her role having spent nearly 10 years in banking collections. She has gained significant HME Billing and collection experience in her years of working at Bargmann Management LLC. Michelle is responsible for development and oversight of the Billing/Pre-Collection Associates and Processes.
Dawn Massaro is the Company's Integration Supervisor. Dawn is responsible for technology interfaces with our customers billing systems and in ensuring timely information flow within the Company's Billing Services and Collections Services units. She has more than 10 years experience in technology implementation and collection management. Dawn is a member of the National Association of Credit Management.
Mike Rossman is the Company's IT Strategy Specialist. Mike directs the IT strategy and operational reliability for Bargmann Management. He has extensive experience in the HME technology industry and in the day-to-day operations of a DME organization. Mike is responsible for the Company's continuous push for maximized productivity through innovative technology adoption. Mike is a graduate of Cleveland State University.
Scott Kaminski is the Company's IT Tech Specialist. He is responsible for operations support, day-to-day system reliability and implementation activities. Scott is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
Elizabeth Mani is the Company's Senior Accounting Specialist. She is responsible for customer billing, financial reporting and various corporate reporting functions. Elizabeth has a BS in Accounting from Kent State University.
Specialized Services
Lisa Cusick is the Company's Corporate Consulting Manager within the Specialized Services division. Lisa has over ten years of experience within the DME industry focusing on insurance and patient billing, software and file maintenance and reimbursement management. Prior to joining the Company, Lisa was successful in leadership and process optimization roles at Health Care Solutions in Sharon, Pennsylvania and Seeley Medical in Andover, Ohio.
Lisa is an expert in Mesta Med, a certified Brightree trainer and well versed in numerous other industry platforms. She has specialized in software conversions and implementations. She is an active presenter at Medtrade and has been published in industry publications such as HME News. Lisa holds a Masters Degree in Health & Human Services from Youngstown State University.
Evonne Banks is the Company's Specialized Services Supervisor & Consultant. A certified Brightree trainer, Evonne works within the Company's Specialized Services Group with a focus on software system training. Evonne is a reimbursement specialist with extensive insurance verification, prior authorization, and billing and collection experience. She is also an expert in the Mesta Med software system along with several other industry platforms. Evonne also actively oversees the Company's Cash Posting and Write-off services.
Evonne has a diverse business background, including four years with Visiting Nurse Service Equipment & Supplies, which is a hospital-based DME located in Akron, OH. She has also served as a support specialist for IT support/help desk. She has extensive knowledge of technology based processes and applications.
Sheree Boura is a Corporate Trainer and System Optimization Specialist for the Company. Sheree brings more than 10 years experience in the HME/DME industry. Sheree has held many positions in her tenure ranging from complete file maintenance of multiple software systems and most recently as the Up Front Review Supervisor at Health Care Solutions/Lincare. She has project managed numerous software conversions including reimbursement and inventory specialization. Sheree is an expert in Mesta Med and in ASA systems. Sheree is actively serving as a certified trainer for the Brightree software platform as well as managing project services for our clients.
