We utilize high speed Ricoh laser printers and Pitney Bowes mail automation with the latest technology for mail piece integrity. Bargmann Management also utilizes presort technology to ensure that mail is prepared and routed through the USPS for the fastest and most efficient delivery.
Bargmann Management uses National Change of Address Link (NCOALink), licensed by the United States Postal Service, to search all address changes filed with the USPS within the last six months. This NCOALink service enables our staff to utilize in-stream address cleansing each time we process files, which allows forwarded mail to reach its destination sooner, increasing cash flow and reducing DSO.
The cost per corrected address is about half the USPS forwarding charges for mail that is undeliverable-as-addressed, and eliminates tracking those change-of-address notices.
