Cash posting — Increased patient receivables resulting in higher burdens on existing client staff positions? Having problems with being days/weeks behind posting cash? By sending copies of patient remittance on a daily basis to our office via fax or email, our staff will post all cash received on a daily basis directly into your billing software.
Monthly Patient Balance Write-Off's — As collection sweeps continue on a revolving thirty day basis, legally we cannot send statements or communicate to patients for particular dates of service that are at our Collection Agency. This results in the requirement for timely reviews and write-off's of bad debt. Our staff is trained to perform all write-offs in your system, or move all patient balances to an inactive insurance category.
